Important Notice Terms and Conditions

1. 1. All customers and their visitors must carry their ID cards and pay ₹500 per person at the hotel gate.
2. 2. The hotel premises prohibit weapons, explosives/flammables, flammable items, flammable substances, hookah, alcohol, illegal substances, and all such items.
3. 3. The guest is responsible for their belongings. If hotel property is damaged, the guest must pay the estimated amount as decided by management.
4. 4. Hotel management is not responsible for any kind of accident, fire, or explosion during the guest's stay.
5. 5. The hotel strictly prohibits smoking, drinking, hookah, flammable items, illegal substances, etc.
6. 6. Bringing pets is strictly prohibited.
7. 7. Extra person charges ₹500 per person.
8. 8. Hotel Booking cancellation is free up to 25 days before arrival. After that, 90% of the advance amount will be deducted.
9. 9. Non-vegetarian items are not allowed on Tuesdays.
10. 10. Check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out will incur extra charges.
11. 11. Check-in will be allowed only upon presenting original Aadhaar card.
12. 12. Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
13. 13. All customers and their visitors must carry a government-issued ID card.
14. 14. 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
15. 15. Children under 8 years are free; children aged 8 years and above are charged at adult rates.
16. 16. Guests are not allowed visitors without prior approval. If permitted, visitors must submit photo ID and are allowed only for 15 minutes.
17. 17. In case of damage or loss to hotel property during check-out, the guest will be held responsible.
